Meet the Fort Worth Team Behind Dalton Heating & Air Fort Worth

We’re a service company, which means the person who walks through your door matters as much as the parts in the truck. The Fort Worth crew at Dalton Heating & Air has been built one hire at a time since 2003. Every technician who wears our uniform is background-checked, factory-trained, and held to The Garrison Code on every single job. Marco Benitez, our owner, looks for people who can explain a bad capacitor without making you feel stupid and who leave a job site cleaner than they found it. That’s the whole job description. The rest is training.

Our People

Marcus T. – Lead Technician

Marcus has been turning wrenches on residential HVAC systems for 14 years, the last six of them with us. He holds EPA 608 certification to handle refrigerant safely and is factory-trained on Carrier, Trane, and Lennox equipment. His specialty is diagnostic work, the calls where the system is doing something odd and three other companies threw parts at it. Marcus is the guy who finds the actual problem. He lives in the Wedgwood neighborhood with his wife and two sons, and he coaches youth baseball in the spring. If your AC is making a sound you can’t describe, Marcus will know what it is from the hallway.

Dana R. – Senior Installer

Dana leads our heat pump installation and furnace replacement jobs. She’s been in the trade for 11 years and joined Dalton Heating & Air Fort Worth in 2021. Dana is NATE-certified in heat pump service and installation, and she handles the full job from load calculation to final walkthrough. She got into HVAC after helping her father run a small remodeling crew in Crowley and realizing she preferred mechanical work to drywall. Dana keeps a clean job site the way some people keep a clean kitchen, and her installs look like they came from a magazine. When we need a two-story heat pump swap in a tight attic, Dana is the one we send.

Luis G. – Service Coordinator

Luis is the voice you’ll likely hear first. He dispatches our Fort Worth calls, schedules the crew, and keeps the day moving when a repair runs longer than expected. Luis has been with us since 2019 and knows our service area from Benbrook to Saginaw. He came from a freight logistics background, which shows in how he handles a day with four jobs and one surprise emergency. When you call at 2 a.m. with a furnace that won’t start, it’s Luis or someone on his team answering, not a voicemail. He’ll tell you who’s coming, what they’ll be driving, and when to expect the knock.

Tyler J. – Apprentice Technician

Tyler is in his second year with Dalton Heating & Air and learning the trade the Garrison way. He works alongside Marcus and Dana on diagnostics and installs, handles filter replacements and basic maintenance calls on his own, and is working toward his EPA certification. Tyler grew up in North Richland Hills and went through the HVAC program at Tarrant County College before joining us. He’s the one who will crawl under your house at 3 p.m. in July without complaining, because he actually likes the work. Every senior tech on our crew trained under someone who trained under someone, and Tyler is the next link in that chain.

One Standard, Every Job

The Garrison Standard is not a poster in our break room. It’s the reason a repair in Fort Worth looks the same as a repair in any other Garrison Partners city. Written price before any work starts. Written guarantee on every repair, good for a full year. A free return visit if the repair fails within that year. The Garrison Code covers how our people behave on your property: arrive inside the stated window, price in writing before starting, do the job by the book, leave the site clean, and stand behind the work for 365 days. That’s the 365-Day Done Right Promise. Marco Benitez, our owner, has said it in every crew meeting since taking the reins: if it’s not done right, we make it right. No fine print, no upgrade required. The team on this page is the group that makes good on that promise in Fort Worth, every day.
